it might not have been what everyone was expecting out of chevy's reincarnation of the camaro but the epa figures are in and they are astounding. 29 miles per gallon is what the enviromental protection agency has rated the camaro's fuel consumption on the highway. the v6 with automatic transmission will also get a respectable 18 miles per gallon in the city. those are better numbers than chevy's malibu family sedan. drop the v8 under the hood of the camaro and the numbers are still respectable...16 city and 25 highway for the 6.2 litre that cranks out over 425 horses. while not a prius, still some pretty good numbers which means that you can go in style and with some speed and not feel like you are an employee of AIG!
the 2010 camaro went on sale march 17th at chevy dealers.
